About Us
Our Mission
Joe Pekich, Esq. founded the Pekich Law Firm, PLLC understanding that conflicts in the workplace not only damage professional aspirations, but also your personal life. At the Pekich Law Firm, PLLC, we strive to make a difficult situation as painless as possible. You deserve empathy in addition to impeccable legal representation at affordable rates. Let us stress about your case while you rest assured you are in proven hands.
Client Focused Services
Let's start out explaining what we are not. We are not a large law firm with heavy expenses arising from administrative staff, office leases and numerous salaried attorneys located in cities with high costs of living. These operating expenses can translate into higher costs for clients. Instead, we took advantage of the changing times and maintain a virtual office. Our administrative expenses are also low. As a result, we offer our clients competitive fees that are almost always less than the larger law firms.
All initial consultations are free. They are not limited to thirty (30) minutes either. We think 30 minutes is an insufficient amount of time to understand your case and determine how we can help. We deliberately adopted this business model even though it cuts into profits because it is the right service that federal employees deserve.
Passion & Determination
We take cases we believe in. While no attorney (including us) can guarantee a specific outcome, we’ll work tirelessly to achieve your objectives. That means we’ll turn over every stone, ask every question, dissect every fact, and burn the midnight oil to maximize your chances of success. Nothing drives us to hustle for our clients more than hearing a sincere “thank you” at the end of the case. It is why Joe founded this firm. To positively impact federal employees’ lives. To stand in the same corner as his clients fighting the same bully and bureaucracy.
Plan & Achieve
Your job is to tell us what your goals are. Our job is to develop a cost effective plan to achieve them. This step can be as collaborative as you’d like, and we will provide full transparency to you as your case progresses. Sometimes unexpected evidence arises during the course of litigation, potentially impacting the chance of success. If this happens, we’ll promptly communicate this to you. If we need to develop a new plan–we will together.
